Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Refunds
We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase(From the date products were received, if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

If you want to return your item(s), please contact our customer service team within three days when you received the package. Please provide your name, order email and order number when contacting our customer service.And you have to pay shipping fee and handling fee for return.
.Item(s) must be returned in original condition and they most not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
.Sale merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
.The reason for returns caused by yourself (size, color you choose), cannot be accepted.

Exchange.
Please contact us with your name and order email and order number when you want to exchange different size or color within three days. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our customer service, they will help you. All exchange products, must keep their original condition, and are not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. You have to pay shipping fee and handling fee as well.
